A cave spawner in which the male guards the eggs and wrigglers inside a narrow cave. It has been bred in aquariums with soft, warm, well oxygenated water and is considered moderately challenging.
Good to know
Needs driftwood, caves and strong oxygenation with good water quality. Several similar spotted Peckoltia L-numbers are sold under this name, so identification can be uncertain.
