Breeding
An egg scatterer that spawns continually over fine-leaved plants or spawning mops, with eggs hatching in about 10 to 14 days. It is fairly easy to breed if eggs or fry are moved away from the adults and the fry are fed infusoria or very fine foods.
Good to know
Short-lived and small, so avoid boisterous or large tankmates and keep a tight lid as it can jump. Stock in the trade is limited and may be confused with Pseudomugil luminatus or other red blue-eyes.
